The community consists of 150 single-family residences located alongside the Brooker Creek Nature Preserve. Its small size and quiet location provide tranquility while remaining close to the amenities of the Tampa Bay area.

**The Homes at Coventry Village HOA is not part of the Ridgemoor Master Association. Thus, residents of Coventry Village do not have access to the Master Association's amenities including the tennis courts located near the corner of Ridgemoor Drive and Ridgemoor Blvd.
